This application provides all users with the following basic services free of charge:
2 basic version alarms and limited configurable options;
The right to use some preset ringtones, voices and music.
Users can unlock premium features through in - app purchases, specifically as follows:
Users have the right to use up to 30 alarm functions and the right to operate all related available configuration options;
Users are granted the right to use all built - in ringtones in the application;
Support for family sharing
This application will continuously optimize the service experience and add new functions from time to time according to the actual situation. Relevant adjustments will be notified to users through in - app announcements and other means. Before purchasing the premium version, users are advised to fully understand their own needs and usage scenarios. At the same time, in order to ensure that you can enjoy the service smoothly, it is recommended to keep your Apple account information accurate and valid so as to receive relevant notifications and services.
The purchase price will be prominently displayed on the in - app purchase page and users can check it in real time.
The purchase price may be adjusted at any time according to local conditions.
Users only need to pay once to permanently unlock the premium features and there is no need to renew the subscription.
Users can submit refund requests through the official Apple refund channels, and this application will actively cooperate with Apple to complete the relevant processing.
Users should comply with relevant laws, regulations and the terms of this agreement during the use of this application.
If it is found that users have engaged in illegal activities or uploaded illegal content, this application has the right to take the following measures:
Send a written rectification notice to the user and require the user to delete the illegal content within a time limit. Provide technical assistance if necessary;
If the violation is serious, this application has the right to take measures such as suspending or terminating the user's service according to the circumstances.
In order to improve the service quality, this application may make the following adjustments:
Upgrade or optimize the functional modules of the application.
Simplify and optimize the service process, such as adjusting the interaction logic of the alarm setting interface to improve user operation convenience.
Add new service functions in a timely manner.
Continuously optimize and adjust the user interface to enhance the user experience.
This agreement shall be governed by the relevant laws and regulations of the country/region where the user is located;
If a dispute arises between the two parties regarding this agreement, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may legally file a lawsuit with the competent people's court.
According to the relevant regulations of the Apple App Store:
Apple Inc. is not the liable party of this agreement;
If a user engages in serious breach of contract, Apple Inc. has the right to take necessary measures in accordance with its relevant rules.
