End User License Agreement

Dear user, thank you for choosing to use the Alarmix application. To clarify the rights and obligations of both parties and protect your legitimate rights and interests, this service agreement is hereby formulated. Please read the following terms carefully before using this application. Your continued use of this application indicates that you have fully understood and agreed to all the terms of this agreement.

 

I. Service Content

Users can purchase and download the application through the AppStore. After granting the application the necessary system function authorizations for normal operation, users can use the alarm function service provided by the application. Users can combine the built-in sound effects, time announcement voices and music clips to create alarm reminder sounds, and users can set up to 30 alarms at most. This application will continuously optimize the service experience and add new functions from time to time according to the actual situation. Relevant adjustments will be notified to users through in-app announcements and other means.

 

II. User Responsibilities and Obligations

(I) Compliance Requirements

During the use of this application, users shall comply with relevant laws, regulations and the terms of this agreement.

(II) Violation Handling Measures

If it is found that the user has violated regulations or uploaded illegal content, this application has the right to take the following measures:

  1. Send a written rectification notice to the user and require the user to delete the illegal content within a time limit. Provide technical assistance if necessary;

  2. If the violation is serious, this application has the right to take measures such as suspending or terminating the user's service according to the circumstances.

 

III. Service Changes

To improve service quality, this application may make the following adjustments:

  1. Upgrade or optimize the functional modules of the application program.

  2. Simplify and optimize the service process, such as adjusting the interaction logic of the alarm setting interface to improve user operation convenience.

  3. Add new service functions in a timely manner.

  4. Continuously optimize and adjust the user interface to enhance the user experience.

 

(I) Agreement Application and Dispute Resolution
  1. This agreement shall be governed by the relevant laws and regulations of the country/region where the user is located;

  2. If a dispute arises between the two parties regarding this agreement, it shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first; if the negotiation fails, either party may legally file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction.

     

(II) Relationship with Apple Inc.

According to the relevant regulations of the Apple App Store:

  1. Apple Inc. is not the liable subject of this agreement;

  2. If the user commits a serious breach of contract, Apple Inc. has the right to take necessary measures in accordance with its relevant rules.

VI. Other Terms

  1. The user's continued use of this application indicates acceptance of the entire content of this agreement;

  2. If there are any changes to the content of this agreement, users will be notified through application update prompts and other means. The user's continued use of this application after the changes to this agreement indicates acceptance of the changed agreement content.
