End User License Agreement

Dear User,

Thank you for choosing to use the Card Maths application. To clarify the rights and obligations of both parties and protect your legitimate interests, we have formulated this Service Agreement. Please read the following terms carefully before using the App. Your continued use of the App shall be deemed as your full understanding of and agreement to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement.

I. Description of Services

(1) Basic Features

The App provides the following basic services free of charge to all users:

  1. One practice session per day, with limited configurable practice content and options;

  2. Limited practice statistics functionality.

(2) Premium Version Services

Users may unlock Premium privileges through subscription to access additional features beyond those offered in the Basic version, specifically:

  1. Unlimited practice sessions;

  2. Access to all practice content and configuration options;

  3. Full access to all practice statistics features;

  4. Double experience points for practice sessions.

We will continuously optimize the service experience and may add new features from time to time at our discretion. Before subscribing to the Premium service, please carefully evaluate your needs and usage scenarios to select an appropriate subscription period. Additionally, to ensure uninterrupted service, we recommend keeping your Apple ID information accurate and up to date to receive relevant notifications and services.

II. Subscription Service Details

(1) Fees and Renewal Management
  1. Subscription prices will be clearly displayed on the in-app purchase page for your real-time reference.

  2. For auto-renewing subscriptions, the App will strictly comply with applicable guidelines and send renewal reminder notifications to your Apple ID before the end of each subscription period, ensuring you are fully informed.

  3. For non-auto-renewing subscriptions, your subscription will not renew automatically upon expiration. If you purchase multiple non-auto-renewing subscriptions, their durations will be added together.

  4. For the Lifetime version, once purchased, you may use the Premium features permanently without time or feature limitations.

  5. If you switch devices, you may restore your purchased or subscribed services by using the “Restore Purchases” function with the same Apple ID.

(2) Subscription Management

You may manage your subscription on your iOS device by following these steps:

  1. Go to Settings on your device and tap your Apple ID;

  2. Select Subscriptions, then find Card Maths;

  3. You may freely choose to turn off auto-renewal based on your needs.

(3) Refund Policy

In the following circumstances:

  1. The App’s actual functionality significantly deviates from the official description and fails to meet the standards promised in promotional materials;

  2. Unauthorized and unexplained duplicate charges occur without user initiation, resulting in financial loss,

you may submit a refund request through Apple’s official refund channels. We will fully cooperate with Apple to facilitate the resolution process.

III. User Responsibilities and Obligations

(1) Compliance Requirements

While using the App, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of this Agreement.

(2) Violation Handling

If we discover that you have engaged in any violation or uploaded prohibited content, we reserve the right to take the following actions:

  1. Issue a written notice requiring you to remove the violating content within a specified period and, if necessary, provide technical assistance;

  2. In cases of serious violations, we may suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion.

IV. Service Modifications and Interruptions

(1) Service Optimization and Adjustments

To enhance service quality, we may make the following adjustments:

  1. Upgrade or optimize application modules, including but not limited to performance enhancements and improvements to core feature stability;

  2. Simplify and refine service workflows—for example, by improving UI interaction logic to enhance user experience;

  3. Introduce new service features and related user interfaces as appropriate.

(2) Service Interruption Handling

In the event of service suspension due to force majeure or other objective reasons, we will:

  1. Notify users in advance through official channels such as in-app announcements or in-app messages;

  2. For subscribers, we will strictly adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and this Agreement to fully protect your legitimate rights and minimize any adverse impact caused by service adjustments.

(1) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
  1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country/region where you reside;

  2. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If no resolution is reached, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court.

(2) Relationship with Apple Inc.

In accordance with Apple App Store policies:

  1. Apple Inc. is not a party to this Agreement and bears no responsibility under it;

  2. In the event of your material breach, Apple Inc. reserves the right to take necessary actions in accordance with its applicable policies.

VII. Miscellaneous Provisions

  1. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of all terms of this Agreement;

  2. Any changes to this Agreement will be communicated to you via in-app update notifications. Your continued use of the App after such changes take effect shall be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms.

  4. 双倍练习经验值。

本应用将持续优化服务体验,根据实际情况不定期新增功能,用户在订阅高级版服务前,请充分了解自身需求与使用场景,适当选择订阅周期。同时,为保障您顺利享受服务,建议保持Apple账户信息准确有效,以便接收相关通知与服务。

 

二、订阅服务细则

(一)收费与续费管理
  1. 订阅价格将在应用内购买页面显著公示,用户可实时查阅。

  2. 关于自动续费订阅服务,本应用将严格遵循相关规范,在每期订阅周期到期前,通过 Apple 账户向用户推送续费提醒通知,确保用户充分知悉续费相关信息。

  3. 关于非自动续费订阅服务,订阅周期到期后不会自动续费,到期即止。用户购买了多个非自动续费订阅服务后,订阅周期会自动叠加。

  4. 关于终身版服务,用户购买后可永久使用高级版,无期限限制,无功能限制。

  5. 已购买或订阅的服务,用户更换设备后可通过“恢复购买”并使用相同的 Apple ID 恢复使用许可。

(二)订阅管理

用户可通过 iOS 设备按以下流程管理订阅服务:

  1. 进入设备「设置」,点击「Apple ID」;

  2. 选择「订阅」选项,找到「卡片算术」应用;

  3. 根据个人需求自由选择关闭自动续费功能。

(三)退款处理

若出现以下情况:

  1. 应用实际提供的功能与官方描述存在显著偏差,未达到功能展示及宣传承诺标准;

  2. 出现未经用户主动发起且无合理解释的重复扣费情形,造成用户资金损失。

用户可通过Apple 官方退款渠道提交退款申请,本应用将积极配合 Apple 完成相关处理工作。

 

三、用户责任与义务

(一)合规使用要求

用户在使用本应用过程中,应遵守相关法律法规及本协议约定。

(二)违规处理措施

若发现用户存在违规行为或上传违规内容,本应用有权采取以下措施:

  1. 向用户发送书面整改通知,并要求用户限期删除违规内容,必要时提供技术协助;

  2. 若违规情节严重,本应用有权视情况采取暂停或终止用户服务等处置措施。

 

四、服务变更与中断说明

(一)服务优化调整

为提升服务质量,本应用可能进行以下调整:

  1. 对应用程序的功能模块进行升级或优化,包括但不限于应用性能提升与核心功能稳定性改进。

  2. 对服务流程进行简化与优化,如优化用户界面的交互逻辑,提升用户操作体验等。

  3. 本应用可能会适时新增服务功能和相关用户界面。

(二)服务中断处理

如因不可抗力等客观原因需暂停服务,本应用将:

  1. 通过应用内公告、站内信等官方渠道,提前向用户进行正式告知;

  2. 针对订阅用户,将严格依据相关法律法规及本协议约定,全面保障用户合法权益,最大程度降低业务调整对用户产生的不利影响。

 

五、法律条款

(一)协议适用与争议解决
  1. 本协议适用用户所在国家 / 地区的相关法律法规;

  2. 若双方就本协议产生争议,应首先通过友好协商解决;协商不成的,任何一方均可依法向有管辖权的法院提起诉讼。

(二)与苹果公司的关系

根据苹果应用商店相关规定:

  1. 苹果公司并非本协议的责任主体;

  2. 若用户出现严重违约行为,苹果公司有权依据其相关规则采取必要措施。

用户如对本应用或本协议有任何疑问、意见或建议,可通过以下方式联系我们:

  2. 紧急事务处理:如遇需优先处理的紧急事项,用户可在邮件主题行标注【紧急】标识,我们将优先安排专人跟进处理。

 

七、其他条款

  1. 用户继续使用本应用即视为已接受本协议全部内容;

  2. 本协议内容如有变更,将通过应用更新提示等方式通知用户。用户在本协议变更后继续使用本应用的,视为已接受变更后的协议内容。
